Terms of Service

1. Provider and intended users

The service is provided by Galina Savinykh, an independent developer based in Germany. LidFly is intended for advertisers, agencies, and professionals acting for business purposes and for accounts they are authorized to manage.

2. Development status

LidFly is under active development. The Google Ads adapter and production OAuth connection are not yet generally available. Features marked planned, soon, preview, or in development may change or remain unavailable until the required provider approvals are obtained.

3. Account responsibility

Users must provide accurate information, protect their access credentials, and use only advertising accounts for which they have valid authorization. Activity performed through a user session is treated as requested by that user unless promptly reported as unauthorized.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not violate Google Ads policies, applicable law, third-party rights, or advertising-platform terms.
• Do not use LidFly for spam, click fraud, credential sharing, surveillance, circumvention of API limits, or unauthorized access.
• Do not expose a LidFly or Google developer token through a secondary API or allow automated third-party access that violates Google Ads API policies.

5. Advertising changes

Users remain responsible for reviewing campaign settings, budgets, bids, targeting, creative content, and compliance before approving a change. LidFly is designed to require explicit approval for provider writes and to record those operations, but no automated recommendation guarantees a particular result.

6. Third-party services

Google Ads, AI clients, model providers, and other connected services are governed by their own terms and policies. LidFly is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

7. Availability and suspension

Preview functionality is provided as available and may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider restrictions, or legal compliance. Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or a provider platform.

8. Liability and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for advertising spend and business decisions they approve. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@lidfly.ai.
