Data Deletion

Users can revoke Google access and request deletion of their LidFly account and stored Google Ads data.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Revoke Google access

When the Google Ads connection becomes available, users will be able to disconnect it in LidFly. Access can also be revoked directly from the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation stops future API access but does not itself delete every LidFly account record.

2. Send a deletion request

Email info@lidfly.ai from the email address used for LidFly with the subject “LidFly data deletion”. State whether the request covers a Google Ads connection, cached Google Ads data, the whole LidFly account, or all of them. Include Google Ads customer IDs only if needed; never include OAuth tokens or passwords.

3. Verification and timing

LidFly may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. A verified request will be acknowledged and handled without undue delay, ordinarily within 30 days.

4. What is deleted

  • Google OAuth credentials and active provider connection records within scope.
  • Cached Google Ads account, campaign, and reporting data within scope.
  • LidFly account and workspace data when whole-account deletion is requested.
  • Records not required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
